Processing & Shipping Policy / Terms of Service
Thank you for shopping with Give Me Fabrics. We work hard to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.
Processing Times
Most orders ship within 1–3 days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, with limited shipping available on Saturday mornings.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, sales events, severe weather, illness, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders of $75 or more qualify for free shipping when shipped to a U.S. address.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery times are controlled by the shipping service and are outside of our control. Shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other transit-related events are not considered grounds for cancellation or refund.
Lost, Delayed, or Misdelivered Packages
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may require up to seven (7) days to investigate the shipment and work with the carrier. Customers may be asked to verify their shipping address, check with household members or neighbors, or assist with a carrier investigation.
Claims involving lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages are handled on a case-by-case basis. At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or other resolution that we determine to be appropriate based on the circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled prior to the purchase of a shipping label.
Once a shipping label has been created, an order is considered in fulfillment and can no longer be canceled.
Custom-cut fabric orders may be canceled only before cutting has begun. Once fabric has been cut to a customer’s requested length, the order becomes non-cancelable and non-returnable except in cases of seller error or product defect.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request when timing allows.
Returns, Refunds & Fabric Information
Return Eligibility
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
The following items are eligible for return:
- Unopened precuts
- Quilt kits
- Yardage
- Other non-customized products in original condition
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-cut fabric
- Clearance or final-sale merchandise
- Items that have been washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
Return Shipping
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to seller error.
Returned merchandise must be received in original, resalable condition before a refund can be issued.
Seller Errors & Damaged Items
If we ship the wrong item, send an incomplete order, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
In these situations, customers may choose either:
- A replacement item (subject to availability), or
- A full refund
We may request photographs of damaged merchandise or packaging to assist with claims and quality control.
Fabric Color & Product Variations
We make every effort to accurately represent our fabrics through photography and product descriptions. However:
- Colors may vary from screen to screen due to monitor and device settings.
- Fabric dye lots may vary slightly between manufacturing runs.
- Natural shrinkage may occur after washing according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
These normal variations are not considered defects.
Fabric Cuts
Unless a continuous cut is specifically requested before purchase, we do not guarantee that multiple quantities of the same fabric will be shipped as one continuous piece.
Customers requiring a continuous cut should contact us before placing an order so that availability can be confirmed.
